POPPING THE POSH CHALK PASTES
Posh Chalk Pastes are incredibly versatile, they can be mixed to create other colours, used to create texture or watered down into a wash. One of the more innovative uses of these water-based pastes is popping them to create a raised eggshell like effect. Here’s how:
– Whilst the paste is still wet apply heat from a heat gun.
– Keep the heat source moving so as not to burn the paste
– The paste should begin to rise
– Leave to cool
This works with both the Smooth Metallic & Textured Pastes.
