All orders are sent with Royal Mail or MyHermes and whilst there is an estimated dispatch timeframe published in the payment and delivery section at the bottom of each product page, we aim to send goods out as quickly as possible in every circumstance.

Package and postal costs have risen considerably during the pandemic. We always keep our eyes on costings to remain competitive.

All packages that contain paint products are posted Royal Mail Tracked. Packages that contain NON paint products may be sent MyHermes or Royal Mail tracked

For  orders over £150 Standard  Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE

FURNITURE PAINT GOODS

For furniture paint items, we only ship orders to addresses in mainland United Kingdom. Orders are delivered using  Royal Mail Tracked.  We use  MyHermes Non paint orders.

Delivery costs to UK mainland addresses start from £6.50 up to a maximum of £14.00 per order (some UK postcodes may incur an additional delivery surcharge – see below for details).

We do not currently ship to international addresses

All paints and other items are well packaged and secured.  Deliveries are made on working days only – Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Saturday deliveries can be arranged and will incur an additional surcharge – please contact us on 01256 636454 for further details.

We cannot guarantee next day delivery and cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred once the parcel has left our premises.  Delivery timings are not guaranteed and there are postcode exceptions where delivery may take longer.  Deliveries can be made anytime between 7am and 6pm.

In the event of no-one being in to take delivery, a parcel may be left with a neighbour, designated place (i.e. porch) or may be taken to a local Post Office, where it can be collected.  You will require some form of identification to claim your parcel.

We will ship to the address supplied by you in the shipping address part of the order.  If this address is incorrect, we will not be held responsible for any loss of goods or compensation thereafter regarding goods or shipping costs.

UK POSTCODES THAT ARE SUBJECT TO SURCHARGES & EXTENDED DELIVERY TIMES

There are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales and cannot offer next day delivery.

In addition, the following postcodes within the UK may incur an additional surcharge of £10.00 per delivery for furniture paint orders containing at least one litre of paint.  We will contact you after receiving your order to arrange payment of the delivery surcharge.  We will be happy to refund your order in full prior to dispatch should you decide not to pay the delivery surcharge:-
